Phase 1 of the project included the remodel of the existing facility to make room for a newsurgical suite. It consisted of demolition of existing interior walls, flooring, concrete, doors, etc.
Installed new walls, floor finishes, doors, windows, wall finishes, acoustical ceilings, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. This project completed in February of 2022.
Phase 2 of the project consisted of the remodel of a new facility into an adoption center for homeless animals. Demolition consisted of interior tile flooring, concrete and existing acoustical ceilings. Installed new walls, floor finishes, doors, windows, wall finishes, acoustical ceilings, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. This project completed in December of 2022.
