JR SIMPLOT COMPANY FERTILIZER PLANT DESIGN-BUILD
EAST GRAND FORKS, MINNESOTA
This design-build project consisted of the demolition of the exiting fertilizer warehouse, excavation of unsuitable soils and replacement with engineered fill. Installed reinforced concrete foundation, slab on grade and 10 foot high walls, erected 60 foot tall wood framed structure including walkways, and control room. Project was complete with the installation of all fertilizer handling equipment.
